Anybody know of an app, similar to volspace (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22078&mode=feedback&vid=129625), but also able to show the size of folders?

Well said. Maybe its time freeware communities such as OpenOffice make a HUGE push of functionality, portability, efficiency, and ability to work with Active Directory & Such to challenge MS.
I've talked to an Opensource Guru, and he says that about 30% of AD updates are designed to foil Samba compatibility.

Sure, there are many locked into contracts, but where are all the NEW customers that were ranting that they were waiting for a VERIZON iPhone and kept slamming ATT?

Either that or Apple & ATT's marketing campaign that pitted the advantages of GSM over CDMA actually worked. Hmm.
That and I honestly haven't seen nearly as many ads from VERIZON over the iPhone than when ATT had it exclusively & originally. I think VERIZON was busy counting the eggs before they hatched.

Anyone try it yet? sort of like fakeclockup but the descriptions lead it to be more! this one actually speeds up your clock speed? I would say to remove the fake clock up before you try this

Yes, I can... and that would be awesome! It's nice that you can connect your iPod to the car stereo (if it has a line-in), but just another expensive gadget you need to carry around all the time and overall very expensive. Since years I am waiting for a car stereo that is capable of using SD or CF cards. MP3 playback from CDs is already no issue anymore since years. When the next logical step is finally coming?

Wow. Some of the most exciting non-"Apple product release" news in months, and it happens while I'm too busy with real work to keep up with the boards. Figures. :rolleyes:
At any rate, congrats to all the new Mods (and even the mod mini :)). Excellent picks all the way around. It'll be nice to have the broader online coverage that overseas Mods will bring.

Anyone know why worldcommunitygrid.org still has v17 for download on their site when v58 is the newest version from Berkeley?
Before I dl v58, I just want to make sure that there is no technical reason why I would have to use v17 to participate in World Community Grid.
